Description: Company is firmly established in the Virginia-DC-Maryland market since 2002. ProHome® is the recognized leader in providing outsourced post-construction services for builders and multi-family developers in numerous markets across the nation. Locally, we service clients throughout the DC Metro area.

We are adding a FULL-TIME position to our team. This position will be responsible for performing administrative duties; including, scheduling, coordinating, logging data and following up via the phone. The ideal candidate MUST have a minimum of 1-3 years administrative experience, preferably in the construction/home building/residential customer service/leasing agent arena. To be competitive for this position, candidates MUST demonstrate the following:

1. History of successful performance in a fast paced environment
2. Ability to rapidly learn and apply new information and processes
3. Professional and positive demeanor
4. Demonstrated computer literacy
5. Complete fluency in spoken and written English

• Construction industry experience is a plus
