Commercial Development and Management Company is looking for an Office Manager. The ideal candidate will have a diverse background in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks. Position will be responsible for oversight of administrative staff, project organization, file management, building and equipment maintenance, and human resource related functions. Expert level written and verbal communication skills required with strong decision-making ability and attention to detail are equally important.
Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting at the executive level with strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Strongly prefer support experience from professional services, accounting, or legal environment. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
