288-acre Warrenton farm sells for $2.1 million
The Wilson Road farm, which sold for $2.1 million, includes a home built in 1889 and eight other structures.
A 288-acre farm west of Warrenton sold last week for $2.1 million.
The property on Wilson Road (Route 678) features a stucco farmhouse built in 1889 and eight other structures, including barns and sheds, according to Fauquier County tax records.
The Virginia Outdoors Foundation holds a conservation easement on the property, zoned for agricultural use.
The Marshall District sale topped the most recent list of Fauquier property transactions.
