This home and 316 acres near Warrenton sold for $900,000.
A 316-acre farm near Warrenton sold last week for $900,000.

The property at Meetze and Green roads, southeast of town, includes a three-bedroom, three-bath home, parts of which date to 1752.

The farm also has a three-bedroom tenant house, nine barns and sheds, ponds, a stream and fencing.
