Heavy equipment company property brings $2.7 million

This commercial property near New Baltimore changed hands last week for $2.75 million.
Property that houses a heavy-equipment sales and service business near New Baltimore sold last week for $2.75 million.

The property includes a 14,000-square-foot building and 3.3 acres on Merchant Place.

The Scott District transaction tops the most recent list of county property sales.

Also of note, two parcels totaling 302 acres of forestland near Markham sold last week for $1.2 million.

The Marshall District land lies on the north side of Naked Mountain.
