Horse farm near Catlett sells for $1.27 million
This home along Brent Town Road stands on a 66.5-acre horse farm with a stable and other outbuildings. The property sold for $1.27 million last week.
A 66-acre horse farm near Catlett sold last week for $1.27 million.
The property off Brent Town Road includes a five-bedroom brick house built in 2004. The horse farm includes a stable, an office, several other outbuildings and a lake.
The farm went on the market in July with an asking price of $1.49 million.
The Cedar Run District sale tops the most recent list of Fauquier real estate.
A commercial property near New Baltimore last week sold for $1 million.
The Scott District property includes four buildings at 6635 Electric Avenue. It had been listed for $1.25 million.
