Home near Marshall and 9 acres sell for $775,000
This home on nine acres near Marshall sold for $775,000. Eleven years ago, the property brought $1.3 million.
A four-bedroom home on nine acres near Marshall sold last week for $775,000.
Built in 1990, the brick home features a gourmet kitchen, 3-1/2 baths, three fireplaces, decks and a three-car garage. The Willboyd Road property has a pond.
The property went on the market in August with an asking price of $839,900, according to Zillow.com. Dave Wills of Long & Foster was the listing agent.
The home and land in June 2006 sold for $1.3 million, according to county real estate records.
The Marshall District sale tops the most recent list of county land transfers.
