Marshall home on 9 acres sells for $1.2 million
This home and nine acres on Atavista Lane, southwest of Marshall, sold for $1.2 million.
A five-bedroom home on nine acres near Marshall sold last week for $1.2 million.
Built in 2007 on Altavista Lane, the 7,000-square-foot home has 6-1/2 baths and a garage. The property includes a pond, fenced fields and paddocks, a riding ring, a three-stall barn and three other outbuildings.
It went on the market last may with an asking price of $1.375 million, according to Zillow.com.
Also last week, the building that houses Claire’s at The Depot, a Warrenton restaurant, sold for $1.5 million. And, 10 building lots in the Brookside Subdivision near Warrenton sold for $2 million.
