Midland industrial parcel sells for $2.3 million
This industrial property along Midland Road sold for $2.3 million.
An industrial parcel of almost 29 acres near the Warrenton-Fauquier Airport at Midland sold last week for $2.3 million.
The property on Midland Road has a 1,300-square-foot, single-story brick building. The 28.7-acre parcel has served as a mulch bulk storage yard.
The land went to auction last month, according to
Zoned industrial general, the property last sold for $700,000 in February 2005, according to county real estate records.
The Cedar Run District sale tops the latest list of county property transactions.
