PATH closes $4.7-million purchase of office space

The PATH Foundation has purchased the second and third floors of the new Old Town Athletic Club building at 321 Walker Drive in Warrenton.
The PATH Foundation last week closed the $4.7-million purchase of about 20,000 square feet of Warrenton office space for its new headquarters.

The organization plans to move by summer, after finishing the interior of its new offices at 321 Walker Drive. Old Town Athletic Club owners Kim and Mike Forsten started construction of the three-story building — their third on their Walker Drive property — in 2016.

OTAC has expanded into the ground level of the new structure. The foundation, the PATH Volunteer Center and the PATH Resource Center will have the top two floors.

PATH — formerly the Fauquier Health Foundation — announced the purchase plan last summer. It will move from rented space at 98 Alexandria Pike.
