Upperville home on 133 acres sells for $3.15 million

Built in 2006, the Greystone Road home has 8 bedrooms and 10 baths.
A contemporary mansion on 133 acres near Upperville sold last week for $3.15 million.

The Greystone Road home features an elevator, swimming pool with spa and waterfall, four-car garage, tennis court and a pond.

The property includes three large lots in the Greystone Subdivision.

The property had an asking price of $4.24 million in October 2015, according to

Washington Fine Properties listed the property at $3.98 million in March. The price dropped to $3.45 million in October.

It last sold for $2.5 million in June 2005, according to county tax records.

The Marshall District deal topped the most recent list of Fauquier property transfers.
