The Bluemont summer concert series presents Harmonious Wail playing a mixture of jazz, swing and gypsy music. The trio hails from Madison, Wisconsin and includes mandolin, guitar, bass and vocals. Audience members bring blankets and chairs to the lawn of the Warren Green Building at Culpeper and Hotel streets.
