Genevieve Hebert from Liberty High School placed fourth in business communication.
Three students from the Future Business Leaders of America chapters at Fauquier and Liberty High Schools placed in the state competition held April 7 and 8 in Reston.

Ron Borta from Fauquier High School placed first in agribusiness during the Virginia FBLA State Leadership Conference.

Liberty High student Genevieve Hebert placed fourth in the business communications category.

Both Ron and Genevieve qualified to compete at the FBLA National Leadership Conference held in Anaheim, Calif. June 29 to July 2.

Unfortunately, Ron will not be able to compete at the national conference.

Eleven students attended the state competition.

In addition, the Liberty FBLA chapter was recognized as an Honor Chapter at the state conference.
