The biggest annual fundraiser for Fauquier’s “Shop with a Cop” program will take place Saturday, Oct. 20, at the county fairgrounds just east of Warrenton.

Fauquier Cops for Children will host their annual spaghetti dinner from 4 to 8 p.m. The all-you-can-eat dinner will include spaghetti, bread, salad, dessert and beverages. Moo Thru will supply the ice cream and Café Torino will donate the spaghetti with “homemade gourmet meatballs.”

The event will feature a raffle and auctioned items.

Admission is $10 per adult and $5 for a child 6 to 12 years old.

Before Christmas each year, local law enforcement officers take about 100 children on shopping sprees at the Warrenton Walmart, followed by breakfast with Santa, while volunteers wrap their gifts.
