Carol Frances Hackley, 84, of Amissville, died October 27, 2017 at Fauquier Hospital, Warrenton.
She was born on June 9, 1933, in Remington, to the late Boatie Franklin and Edith M. Williams.
Mrs. Hackley worked at the Warrenton Training Center for 27 years and was a member of Amissville United Methodist Church. She was very active in the United Methodist Women.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward R. Hackley
Survivors include her daughters, Brenda H. Lockhart of Bentonville and Edie H. Fishback and husband Frank of Amissville; her brother, Frank “Sonny” Williams of Amissville; her sister, Virginia Bland of Carey, N.C.; her grandchildren, Anthony Clark and wife Jeanian of Bentonville and Angie Clark and fiancé Marcus Robinson III and his son Braden Robinson, all of Front Royal, and her great grandchildren, Zane and Jaclyn Clark.
The service will take place at 10:30 a.m. Monday, October 30, at Moser Funeral Home in Warrenton. Interment will be at the Amissville United Methodist Church Cemetery.
