She was born on August 7, 1963, in York, Pennsylvania, to Larry R. Knipple and the late Marilyn Freed.
Gracefully and with perseverance, Cindy fought Her2+ breast cancer for nearly three years. During her battle, she was an inspiration to all with her positive attitude, sense of humor and will to live life to the fullest every day.

She was stationed in Okinawa, Japan; Quantico, Virginia and Parris Island, South Carolina. For more than 20 years Cindy built a career in real estate as a broker owner with RE/MAX and most recently worked for Toll Brothers in Virginia. However, her most important role was always being a mother to her children.
Cindy is survived by her husband and love of her life Paul Spampinato; her father, Larry R. Knipple and his wife Patricia of Lancaster, Pennsylvania; her three children, whom she adored, Megan Kassinger and her husband, John of Ohio, Mitch Kusche of New York and Kyle Kusche of North Carolina; her stepson, Cameron Kearney of North Carolina; her sister and best friend, Christine Hojnacki and husband John of Wisconsin; her loving brother, Tommy Colbert and spouse Sharif of Georgia; her two grandchildren who brought her the greatest joy and happiness, Camerra “Popper Junior” and Carter Kassinger of Ohio, and her English bulldogs, Bubba and Lulu, who spent every day by her side.
