Robert Jackson Kennedy, 16, of Warrenton, passed away on April 28, 2017, at Georgetown University Hospital.
Jack was born on May 27, 2000, in Fairfax County. He was a student at Liberty High School, Bealeton.
Jack was a warm and friendly young man with an instinctive curiosity and creativity of thought that made him able to talk with anyone. Favorite pastimes were riding four-wheelers, shooting AirSoft guns, fishing at Hatteras, video gaming and family Walking Dead sessions. And, don’t forget South Park. (OMG! Who killed Kenny?).
He is survived by his parents, Scott and Shari Kennedy; his sister, Haley Kennedy; his brother, Nicholas Kennedy; his grandparents, Reda and Bob Brown of Catlett, Bobby Kennedy of Frederick, Md., and Linda Kennedy of Gainesville; his great grandparents, Kenneth and Dorothy Ickes, and his aunts and uncles, Diane Warren, Teresa Newsome and Randy Newsom.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, May 4, at Moser Funeral Home in Warrenton. The service will take place at 1 p.m. Friday, May 5, at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Bright View Cemetery near Warrenton.
