Steven Michael Kendall, of Midland, passed away Friday, July 6, 2018, at the age of 19 from injuries sustained in a car accident.
He was born December 11, 1998 in Warrenton, beloved son of Pamela A. Kendall (nee Gonzales) and the late, Steven Jay Kendall.
Steven lit up the lives and was loved by all who knew him. He loved playing baseball with his dad and hunting with his grandpa. Steven also loved riding his four-wheeler, playing corn hole and just hanging out with his many amazing friends. He was a loving and caring person who touched so many lives. Steven was one of a kind, and he will be sorely missed. He was the best son, brother, grandson, nephew and uncle that anyone has ever been blessed with. He touched all our lives and we are grateful for the time we had with him. We take comfort in knowing that he is with his dad watching over us from heaven.
Steven is survived by his mother, Pamela Kendall; his sisters, Leslie McLain and Ashton Hott (Dustin); maternal grandparents, Michael and Patsy Gonzales; his aunts, Teresa and Melissa Finley (Jim); his uncle, Alan Kendall (Cheri); three nephews, Derrick, Carson and Carter Hott, and many loving extended family and friends.
Steven was preceded in death by his father, Steven Jay Kendall; his paternal grandparents, Kenneth and Thelma Kendall, and an uncle, James Kendall.
The family will receive friends from noon to 2 p.m. Thursday, July 12, when the service will begin at Moser Funeral Home in Warrenton. Interment will follow at Bright View Cemetery near Warrenton.
