Jeanne W. Bochette, 75, of Amissville, died peacefully on Wednesday, July 5, 2017, at Novant Health Haymarket Medical Center.
She was born April 10, 1942, in Washington, D.C., to the late Harry and Alice Widmayer.
Before retiring, Mrs. Bochette was a longtime Washington Post distributor. She was an avid baseball fan and coin collector.
Survivors include three children, Rhett M. Bochette of Nolensville, Tenn., Ronald M. Bochette Jr. and wife Jennie of Haymarket and Christina Bochette-Reid and husband Tim of Madison; a brother, Joseph Widmayer of Annapolis; her grandchildren, Joshua M. Bochette, Ashley Artale, Christopher Deane, Amy Deane, Allison Updegraff and Ryan Bochette, and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her son, Brian A. Bochette; a grandson, Ronald M. Bochette III, and her brothers, Mark Widmayer and Donald Widmayer.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, July 14, at Moser Funeral Home in Warrenton. Interment at Bright View Cemetery will be private.
