Robert Lee Creger, 64, of Culpeper, passed peacefully, surrounded by his family at U.Va. Culpeper Hospital on Saturday, September 23, 2017.
He was born in Shelby, N.C., on August 24, 1953, to the late Warren and Bea Creger.
Mr. Creger retired from Architect of the Capitol’s office after 33 years.
Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Debbie Creger; three daughters, Candace C. Medina and husband, Gerardo of Manassas, Kimberly R. Creger of Arlington and Kayla M. Creger of Culpeper; a sister, Shirley Davidson and husband Al of Delaware; a grandson, Alec Medina, and his furry best friend, Pepper.
Two brothers, Roger Creger and David Creger, and a sister, Joyce Pascarell, preceded him in death.
The family will be holding a private celebration of Mr. Creger’s life at a later date.
