High Intensity Interval Training gets you fit faster! Short bursts
of explosive exercise and active recovery periods to focus on
sculpting strong and lean muscles makes this total body workout
burn two times as many calories in a short amount of time! Ages 18/up. Class is Monday 4/12-5/3 from 6:30pm-7:30pm at Warrenton Community Center. Register by 4/9 using code 1299. Cost $45
