118-acre Hume horse farm sells for $1.75 million
The manor house at Dstinaire Farm, which sold for $1.75 million, dates to the 1790s.
A 118-acre acre horse farm at Hume sold last week for $1.75 million.
Destinaire Farm along Leeds Manor Road features a three-bedroom stone and stucco manor house that dates to the 1790s.
The property also has a three-bedroom manager’s house, a one-bedroom guest house, an indoor riding arena with attached six-stall barn, other bards, a machine shed, a large garage and board-fenced paddocks.
Destinaire went on the market in June 2017 with an asking price of $2.75 million, according to Realtor.com. After three price reductions over the years, it most recently stood at $1.95 million.
