Real estate roundup: 27.6-acre Bealeton horse farm sells for $1.15 million

A 27.6-acre horse farm near Bealeton sold recently for $1.15 million.

Built in 1975, the two-story brick home at Pine Brook has three bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, Wolfe kitchen appliances, heated floors, a woodstove and a fireplace.

The Lee District property also features a swimming pool, a three-car garage, a six-stall stable, run-in sheds and fenced paddocks.

Pine Brook went on the market in June with an asking price of $1.3 million, according to Realtor.com. The asking price dropped to $1.2 million in October.

Shannon Casey of Middleburg Real Estate represented the seller and Kimberly Campbell of Samson Properties represented the buyer.
