Murder investigation leads to 2nd suspect’s arrest

Detectives arrested Lucretia Ann Robinson, 54, of Manassas, on Thursday morning.
Law enforcement officers have arrested a second suspect in connection with Monday night’s murder of an 18-year-old Warrenton man.

Fauquier sheriff’s detectives on Thursday morning charged Lucretia Ann Robinson, 54, of Manassas, with conspiracy to commit robbery in connection with the shooting death of Lincoln Williams Jr. at his home, according to Sgt. James Hartman.

Charged with shooting Mr. Williams in the face, Daniel Martin Farmer II, 23, of Nokesville, made this first court appearance Thursday.

Detectives arrested Mr. Farmer on Wednesday in Prince William County and charged him with first-degree murder.

The alleged killer told detectives he had arranged to meet and buy drugs from Mr. Williams but that the meeting never took place, according to the arrest warrant.

Store video shows Mr. Williams leaving the Warrenton Walmart at about 10:24 p.m. Monday, according to court documents.

Bleeding profusely, he walked into his family’s home at 5042 Old Auburn Road, about five miles east of town, soon thereafter.

Responding to a 9-1-1 call from the home at 10:42 p.m., sheriff’s deputies and medics tried to save the teenager.

Mr. Williams died less than an hour later at Fauquier Hospital.

“Detectives continue to actively pursue leads and identify persons of interest in the investigation to determine what led to the death of Williams,” Sgt. Hartman said Friday morning.

Authorities asked anyone with information about the cast to call the Fauquier County Sheriff’s Office at 540-347-3300. A caller’s identity may remain anonymous.

Both Mr. Farmer and Ms. Robinson remained in jail without bond Friday morning.
