Built in 2000, the four-bedroom house on Greenstone Lane features a wrap-around porch and large deck, gas and wood-burning fireplaces, a three-car garage and a stand-alone studio/workshop.
The property went on the market in May 2019 with an asking price of $1.55 million, according to Realtor.com.
Leslie Carpenter of Keller Williams Realty represented the buyer and Paul MacMahon of Sheridan-MacMahon Ltd. Realtors represented the buyer.
