Linden woman allegedly committed Bealeton murder

Melody Dawn Glascock, 54, of Linden, faces first-degree murder and concealing/destroying evidence charges in the death of 40-year-old Bealeton resident Kelly Marie Gray.
Authorities have arrested a Linden woman in Thursday’s murder of Bealeton resident Kelly Marie Gray.

Melody Dawn Glascock, 54, faces a first-degree murder charge in Ms. Gray’s death.

A family member found the 40-year-old’s body in her Aspen Club apartment around 7 p.m. June 18.

Fauquier sheriff’s detectives identified Ms. Glascock as the suspect, got warrants for her arrested and worked with Warren County deputies, who took her into custody Saturday morning at her Linden home “without incident,” Fauquier Sgt. James Hartman said.

Also charged with concealing/destroying evidence, she remains in the Fauquier County Adult Detention Center without bond, Sgt. Hartman said.

Fauquier deputies transferred her from the Rappahannock-Shenandoah-Warren Regional Jail in Front Royal after her booking at 8:34 a.m. Saturday.

Ms. Gray “suffered severe trauma to the torso,” Sgt. Hartman said Friday.

The state medical examiner’s office in Manassas will “determine the exact cause and manner of death,” Sgt. Hartman said.

The family member called 911 from Ms. Gray’s apartment in the 6300 block of Village Center Drive at 7:09 p.m. Thursday.

The Fauquier County Sheriff’s Office asks anyone with information about the case to call 540-347-3300.

Oh, this is really so tragic story of murder. One should never reach this extreme level. A recent murder case study was published on research paper editing and proofreading in AU and it's worth reading guys, revealing the same reasons behind such attempts.
