This Orlean home on 6.6 acres with a pool and a pond sold last week for $925,000.
A four-bedroom home on 6.6 acres near Orlean sold last week for $925,000.

Built in 1988 in the Dominion Hunt Estates subdivision, the 5,000-square-foot brick and cedar home has 4-1/2 bathrooms and a swimming pool with Jacuzzi spa. The property includes a standalone three-car garage with a bathroom and a pond with a gazebo.

The property went on the market Feb. 11, with an asking price of $964,900, according to Realtor.com.

Michele Noel of Middleburg Real Estate represented the buyer and the seller.
