A five-bedroom home on 8.8 acres near The Plains sold last week for $1.38 million.
This home and 75 acres on Old Bust Head Road near Broad Run sold for $1.19 million.
Built in 2003 on Kenthurst Lane near Great Meadow, the 6,700-square-foot brick colonial has three finished levels and 5-1/2 baths. It features gas and wood-burning fireplaces, a sunroom, a rear deck, a two-car attached garage and a two-car detached garage.
The property went on the market in October with an asking price of $1.4 million, according to Realtor.com.
Phyllis Delello of Keller Williams Realty-Leesburg represented the seller. John Strock of Keller Williams Capital Properties represented the buyer.
The Scott District sale tops the most recent list of Fauquier real estate transactions.
