Trenis commercial property sells for $3.4 million
The sale of the Trenis property at Catlett includes this 3.5-acre parcel with the hardware store, convenience store and grocery building along Route 28. It accounts for $2.5 million of the total sale price of $3.4 million.
The Trenis family’s commercial complex — including its hardware store, convenience store and grocery store — in Catlett sold last week for $3.4 million.
The sale to Mike Garcia and Matt Oleson of Woodbridge includes four parcels that total 58.27 acres along Catlett Road.
The Trenis family in May announced it would sell the property after 153 years of operating businesses in Catlett.
