Warrenton commercial building sells for $1.485 M

This commercial building on West Shirley Avenue in Warrenton sold recently for $1.485 million.
A commercial building in Warrenton sold recently for $1.48 million.

Built on West Shirley Avenue in 2005, the 7,600-square-foot structure has space for several businesses on two levels.

The street level has a retail showroom, two restrooms and a rear bay area with two large doors. Miller Carpets, which previously occupied that space, recently moved to Warrenton’s Main Street.

The second floor has three offices, a conference room, storage areas and two restrooms.

The one-third acre lot also has 19 parking spaces.

The property went on the market six months ago with an asking price of $1.9 million, according to Realty.com.
