To our community at-large and our partners in healthcare, government and community service. To our patients, those in need of healthcare and to those we will serve. And perhaps most importantly, to our employees, who remain dedicated to patient care, throughout the COVID-19 epidemic. Your service, courage and contributions are applauded.
On behalf of the Blue Ridge Orthopaedic & Spine Center Board of Directors and doctors, I thank you. And on behalf of all physicians at Dominion Internal Medicine, Urological Associates of the Piedmont, Fauquier ENT, Blue Ridge Ortho and Blue Ridge Physical Therapy, Bluemont Nephrology, and Dominion Nutrition & Dietetics, we extend our deepest thanks to the community. Every entity within the Greater Piedmont Medical Alliance has remained ready to serve you and we thank you for that opportunity.
Patients and community, thank you for trusting us, and quite frankly, sticking with us, as we have navigated this unprecedented time. To the many organizations that have come together in Fauquier, Culpeper, Gainesville and throughout the commonwealth, you have supported our staff and enabled us to continue to provide optimal medical services to our patient community. The Fauquier Chamber, Boys & Girls Club, Northern Piedmont Community Foundation, partners in media, and our longtime friends at the Department of Fire, Rescue & Emergency Management and the Fauquier County Sheriff's Office deserve special recognition for their commitment to humanity and connection. Thank you to the hundreds of community members who have ordered food in our online food drive for the Bealeton food pantry. You have made a difference in the lives of many in the region with hundreds of orders.
To our patients, again, who have continued to hold the highest level of trust in us, thank you. Even with ever-changing coronavirus policies and protocols, you have remained flexible and trusting and enabled us to provide safe and effective care for you and your families during this time. You have had to retain a certain level of patience as we wait for elective surgeries of all kinds to be reinstated, and we thank you for your continued support.
As CEO of this great medical organization, I am pleased to know each of you, and am grateful for the difference that you make to us every day. I’d like to extend a very special acknowledgement of gratitude to our organization’s leadership and to our wonderful clinicians who have surpassed the challenges that lay ahead of them just a few short months ago. To these healthcare heroes, I commend you and applaud your courage and commitment to patients in this community.
