"Local governments across the United States could perform a simple upgrade to strengthen voters' confidence that they are what they say they are: use websites that end in .gov.

Federal officials control the keys to the ".gov" top-level domain, making it less likely that somebody could get one fraudulently and use it to fool people.

Domains that end in .com or .org, meanwhile, could be set up by attackers to try to intercept users seeking information from real sources.

But with an uneven appreciation across the country about the way a fake website could deceive users, and with little guidance from officialdom about what to do, many counties aren't taking that step, cyberspecialists say.

"The big problem today is we don't have a simple rule to tell people how to differentiate a legitimate election domain from one that was set up for malicious purposes," says Steve Grobman, a senior vice president at the cybersecurity firm McAfee."

Virginia Democrat Primary? How could any Thinking Virginian vote for the party whose current Governor in power has yet to clarify to us if he is the adult wearing Blackface or the adult wearing the Klansman Robes as pictured on his Medical School Yearbook Page (and while also admitting he wore Blackface to dress up as Michael Jackson)? Exactly how much and what kinds of adult moronic behavior while in so-called Medical School is indicative of serious mental and character flaws inside an individual before our millions of Virginia Citizen-Voters? How could any Rational Virginian vote for the party whose current Lieutenant Governor faces multiple sexual assault charges from women who have come forward recently in our Commonwealth? How could any Sane Virginian vote for the party whose current Attorney General admits he wore blackface also as an adult (much less as a youth)? When Thinking Virginians consider all of these bold two-faced hypocritical characters now representing us in our State Government, and all the facts contained in the disastrous Democrat Agenda by these Committed Marxists in the State House and the State Legislature which now threatens all law-abiding citizens with a massive rupture of our American and Virginia political system of government and an Illegal Alien invasion across our State and our communities, how could any Virginians in their right minds vote in any Democrat Primary for any Democrat today? Who will investigate the massive Democrat voter fraud in recent election years that now threatens law-abiding citizens with turning them all into Felons with the stroke of a pen by this vile Governor on a wide range of unconstitutional anti-Second Amendment bills recently passed- and with more unconstitutional bills being promised to be passed in the coming weeks? Such a Democrat primary can only be rancid, and our citizens deserve far, far better representation than the stench emanating from our Democrat-controlled Virginia Executive Mansion and our Democrat-controlled State Legislature. Unfortunately, they may have stolen the votes in Northern Virginia counties and other Virginia cities in their efforts to destroy our constitutions, the security of our citizens within their own State border, and our quality of life, but they will be unable to enforce their unconstitutional laws against the growing outraged citizenry.
