Federal prosecutor keynoter at Pastors’ Prayer Breakfast

During the National Day of Prayer on Thursday, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of VirginiaG. Zachary Terwilliger will speak at the Pastors’ Prayer Breakfast at Airlie.
The U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia will address human trafficking in his keynote address at the local National Day of Prayer breakfast Thursday, May 2.

The Pastors’ Prayer Breakfast will begin at 7:30 a.m. at Airlie. The event, which requires registration, is free.

G. Zachary Terwilliger, the chief federal prosecutor for this region, will discuss human trafficking cases his office recently has prosecuted.

Sheriff Bob Mosier also speak, as will Amelia Stansell, co-chair of the Fauquier County Human Trafficking Prevention Project, and Bill Woolf, executive director of Just Ask Prevention, a non-profit organization based in McLean.

state elected officials will also attend.

The event will have no charge because of sponsorships from Airlie, Genesis Home Improvement in Bealeton, Golden Rule Builders in Catlett and private donors.

• 6 to 6:30 a.m. — Sunrise service, Our Saviour Lutheran Church, 6194 Dumfries Road, Warrenton.

• 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. — Open for prayer, Marshall Baptist Church, 4121 Winchester Road.

• 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. — Warrenton Bible Fellowship, 46 Winchester St.

• Noon to 1 p.m. — National Day of Prayer in Warrenton at John Barton Payne Building.
 
• 6 to 7:30 p.m. —    Prayer in Eva Walker Park, along Alexandria Pike in Warrenton.
