The Atoka String Quartet will perform at 4 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 27, at Gloria’s — the first event in the arts center since the pandemic forced business closures in March.
Gloria’s Listening Room in Old Town Warrenton on Sunday, Sept. 27, will host its first musical performance since the coronavirus pandemic prompted business closures in March.

The Atoka String Quartet will perform a benefit concert at 4 p.m. with all proceeds supporting the non-profit arts center at 92 Main St. Tickets are $15.

On Saturday, Oct. 3, Gloria’s will resume normal performances with an 8 p.m. concert by master guitarist Eddie Estes and Michael Harrington. The schedule includes Shannon Bielski & Moonlight Drive, featuring Jack Dunlap, performing bluegrass on Saturday, Oct. 17. A Halloween concert Oct. 31 will feature Randoll Rivers and The Rivers Edge Band performing Elvis and country music classics.

Drum and Strum Music Center co-owner Tim Dingus spearheaded establishment of the Gloria Faye Dingus Center for the Arts, named for his late mother. It opened in early 2019.

Because of social distancing requirements, the center will reopen with limited capacity. Doors open a half-hour before all performances. For more information call 540-680-2296 or email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) .
