Vint Hill-based technology firm earns more accolades

Titania Solutions Group Inc., a government contractor headquartered at Vint Hill, recently has earned awards for quality of its work and its treatment of employees.

The Washington Business Journal this month named Titania as a “2019 Best Place to Work.”

In addition, CIO Magazine has named the company among its “2019 Top 10 Services Firms in Federal Government.”

The company last fall made Washington Technology’s Fast 50 list of the region’s most rapidly-growing companies. Titania’s 2017 revenue grew 48 percent in a year to $14.5 million, according to the ranking.

Titania at the end of June will complete its seventh year of providing services and support to the Federal Aviation Administration, the U.S. Army and intelligence community, the Department of the Navy, the State of Maryland and various Healthcare organizations.

“We are deeply invested in taking care of people, be they our employees, partners or customers,” Titania President/CEO Jodi Johnson said. “We have a strong corporate culture informed by our corporate tenets. We are very proud of our support to our customers’ critical missions and programs.

“We believe establishing our corporate office in Warrenton provides a valuable discriminator for our staff and our company,” Ms. Johnson added. “We provide services of excellence, and when possible, minimize the commuting time our employees must tolerate. The outcome is a dedicated, motivated team invested in the company and our customers, as demonstrated by excellent employee retention.”
