I’ve just recently seen the banners around Warrenton that I believe are to entice tourism.
I feel that the dark color scheme with wreaths emotes something more akin to death, mourning and sorrow than welcoming visitors to spend time in town.
I’d suggest trying some bright colors next time to stand out from the grey surroundings that would also be more cheerful. Red, white and blue might be more refreshing, possibly more inspiring and eye-catching.
