The Fauquier County Public Schools Innovation Festival will take place 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. May 11 in the gymnasium at Fauquier High.
The Innovation Festival will be a community celebration of science, technology, engineering, art and math (STEAM). The event will be free and open to the public.
Joined by local and regional businesses, student groups and national labs, the school system will host a wide variety of activities to entertain attendees of all ages. The festival will feature hands-on stations, a moon bounce, games, shows, music and giveaways.
The event seeks to raise community awareness of the critical role that STEAM fields play in our world.
