Shrimp and oyster dinner Jan. 8 in Remington

Remington volunteers prepare shrimp and oysters for the annual fundraiser.
The Remington Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department will host an all-you-can-eat shrimp and oyster dinner Saturday, Jan. 8.

The fundraising dinner will take place from 4 to 7 p.m. in the station at 200 E. Marshall St.

Tickets are $50 per person in advance and $60 at the door.

Tickets may be purchased at The Corner Deli, RTO Automotive or online.

Beer will be available with the purchase of a $15 collector cup that will include refills or at $3 apiece.

In addition to seafood, the dinner will feature hotdogs, hush puppies and side dishes.
