Two members of the “Warrenton Rifles” Junior Shooting Sports Program, John Childers and Carson Whiting, have earned the National Rifle Association’s “Distinguished Expert” certification for air rifle.

To qualify, a shooter must excel in 10 competitive matches and achieve a score of at least 500 of 600 possible points. The Distinguished Expert is the highest certification award by the NRA in the junior shooting sports.

The Warrenton Rifles is a junior shooting sports program, sponsored by John D. Sudduth American Legion Post 72 in Warrenton and the Fauquier County 4-H.

That is awesome. Congratulations guys.

BJ why do you always have to put some sort of negative spin on everything? Go take a walk, get a job something, dang. Or go do what your screen name says.
