Cindy spent a significant amount of time at the Outer Banks in North Carolina, a place where she found peace and joy.
In addition to her mother and father, Cindy is survived by her sister, Vickie Simpson Bill and her husband Rick of Manassas; a sister-in-law, Jane Simpson of Culpeper; 15 nieces and nephews, and many loving extended family members and friends.
