David Austin Bridges II, 39, died on January 24, 2021, in Warrenton.

David enjoyed taking care of animals and gardening. He was a brilliant writer, artist and an avid reader. He attended Virginia Intermont College and Germanna Community College.

David is survived by his parents, David and Louisa Bridges; three siblings, Sarah Cruikshank and husband Matthew, Christopher Bridges and wife Kacey, and Elizabeth Johnson and husband Brandon; his maternal great aunt, Louisa Hardy; Margaret Miller, and his paternal grandmother, Joan Bridges.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Vance Bridges, and maternal grandmother, Margaret Newell.

He is dearly loved and will be greatly missed.

Burial will be at Indian Mound Cemeter in Romney, W. Va.
