Obituaries » Melissa “Missy” Robles

Melissa Kay Hottle “Missy” Robles, 61, of Warrenton, passed away peacefully July 27, 2019.

She was born February 4, 1958, in Washington, D.C., to the late Thelma Kerns Hottle and William Harrison Hottle.

For many years, Missy worked at Hottle Insurance as the personal lines manager. She loved her career as well as working side-by-side with her beloved sister Priscilla.

Missy was a dedicated mother, sister and aunt. She treasured her children and embraced every moment with them. She especially loved her role as “Nana.” She had an infectious smile and a laugh that was memorable. She made friends everywhere she went and touched the lives of so many.

She is survived by two daughters Natalie Gomez (Carlos) of Manassas and Rocio Robles Norris (Christopher) of Arlington; one sister Priscilla Hottle (Malcolm Alls); five brothers Philip Hottle (Sharon), Martin Hottle (Jo), John Hottle, Kenneth Hottle (Tamara) and Matthew Hottle (Kacy); two beloved Grandchildren Autumn Grace Norris and Theodore Gaston Gomez; dearest companion Linda Wiseman of Warrenton.

A memorial service will take place at 1 p.m. Friday, August 2, at Moser Funeral Home in Warrenton.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
