Sue Ellen Bailey, 95, of Warrenton, passed away peacefully on December 16, 2020.

Sue was born November 30, 1925, in Greensboro, N.C., as the only child of the late Sherman and Mildred Stapleton.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lt. Col. Bernard O. A. Bailey, and her children, Bruce Nelson Bailey and Cinda Bailey Rambow.

From the time Sue was a young girl, she found her passion with horses and animals that lasted her entire life, sharing this with family and friends.

With sadness and love her family says goodbye.

Sue is survived by her children, Mark Curtis Bailey (Janet) of Bumpass, Brenda Radford Mills (Charlie) of Venice Fla., Brian Ross Bailey (Regina) of Haymarket; six grandchildren, Tonna Bailey (Sean Daly) of Kenmore, Wash., Roxanne Klopp (Kevin) of North Port, Fla., Tisha Burke (Barry) of Warrenton, Zachary Bailey, Michaela Bailey and Nicholas Bailey, and four great grandchildren Qwynn Sterling Daly, Bailey Austin Burke, Bella Marie Daly and Samuel Quinn Klopp.

Memorial contributions may be made to the animal shelter or rescue organization of your choice.
