Do you support raising the federal minimum wage to $15 an hour?

When adjusting for inflation, the minimum wage has often been between $7 and $10 worth of value in today's dollars. Since $7 is kind of the low end when looking at inflation adjusted values it would seem like it is time for an increase. But I don't understand why $15 is the number being discussed, as that is way out of the historical range.
