It's nice to know there are still a few sane people in this county.
Yeah, I'm still wearing my MEGA hat. I am still laughing about how angry and crazy some of you get. Like that stupid attack on my name.
Just so you know, if you look up your own names you will find that there were some rapscallions in your family tree as well. And just for the record, that is not my family name. I come from a long line of McClanahans and Greens. Don't you just bet there were some "Leprechauns" in my family tree. Sl'an agat.
Wishing you peace

Mark House - You state what would happen if Jesus came back. Ok, What if Jesus did come back. What if he tried entering any other country on this planet? Some of those countries wouldn't bother to lock him up, they would shoot him, behead him, torture him and also lock him up. The US policies have not changed in many years. Trump did not open up detention centers at the border. That was a Democrat thing, yet you have this mindset that they were magically built within the last 2 1/2 years. Where did you come to this conclusion? Oh, because mainstream media has put that thought in your mind. The Democrats had 8 years of Obama to do something about illegal immigration. They did nothing but separate families. They continue to do nothing. Even worse, they condemn any companies attempting to assist. You can't complain about conditions in a detention center and then turn around and refuse to make things better. It doesn't work that way. The Anti-Trump Derangement Syndrome is strong with you and you truly need to wake up and see what the Democratic Party has been doing this entire time.

With zero doubt in my mind. Considering there were so many who never considered Trump to be a contender before, they never voted for him. Many of those now see what he is capable of getting done. The Democrats will lose simply because they are so anti-Trump. You have to have a realistic vision for this country other than getting Trump out of office. Free stuff is not a vision, it's buying votes because they are desperate.

Interesting how people are automatically called a dumbo rat if they express distaste for trump. I think if you are an intelligent person, Republican or Democrat, you would have enough evidence to support the idea that trump is a narcissistic dangerous fool. Again, all I’m saying is that if after the last two years you still support this excrement you might be more in the camp of stupid blind idiots.

"THE BIG IDEA: Mitch McConnell told President Trump privately last month that no politician has ever lost an election for spending more money. That mind-set – caring more about the next election than the next generation – helps explain why the Senate majority leader and the president endorsed a budget deal last night, which still needs to pass Congress, that will raise spending limits by $320 billion while suspending the federal debt ceiling until after both men’s 2020 reelection fights. It also illustrates how hollow so much of the rhetoric from McConnell, Trump and other Republicans was during Barack Obama's presidency.

Discretionary spending is growing at a faster clip under Trump than Obama. The budget deficit and the national debt are growing at even more distressing rates, however, because the Republican tax cuts have reduced revenue even more starkly than the dire forecasts. The Trump administration estimates the deficit this fiscal year will top $1 trillion, up from $779 billion last year. It was $587 billion in 2016, Obama’s last full year in office. The national debt was $19 trillion when Trump took power and surpassed $22 trillion this month. Even with rock-bottom interest rates, the federal government will pay out more than $350 billion this year to service that debt."

"The Glasscock's with whatever variation in spelling are all descended from an ancient Anglo - Saxon family in England called Glascocke.
The family was ruined when in the 3rd generation another Thomas committed a murder and fled the colony with his eldest son Gregory. Thomas was never seen again although Gregory returned and all Thomas's land and possessions were confiscated by the crown. All the land belonging to him and slaves and property were seized.
Two grandsons of Gregory decided to try to improve their lot and crossed the Monhagela River into what is now SW PA but at that time was still part of VA and part of Monongallia County later. In 1781 the extended Mason - Dixon Line left this area in PA. Peter settled in Bullskin Run in what is now Fayette County PA but later moved to Ohio then Kentucky. His son Lemuel was convicted of 2nd degree murder but only served a few years."

"Trump promised during his 2016 campaign to eliminate the government’s debt after eight years in office, a pledge top advisers later said was a mistake. But Trump has not only failed to eliminate the $19 trillion in debt he inherited when he was sworn in; he also authorized multiple agreements that made the debt much larger.

His aides have proposed budget cuts numerous times during his first term in office, only to have Trump back away and pursue spending increases instead. These spending increases, combined with the 2017 tax cut law, have added $3 trillion to the debt during Trump’s first term in office.

The U.S. government spends more money than it brings in through revenue, and that gap is referred to as the “deficit.” The government borrows money to cover this gap, and it does this by issuing debt."

Some Republicans have said Trump’s refusal, so far, to pursue big changes to entitlement programs such as Medicare and Social Security have made it nearly impossible for him to fix the budget."

President Donald Trump on Monday escalated his attacks on the caravan of migrants making their way to the United States from Honduras, calling the situation a national emergency and declaring without evidence that “Criminals and unknown Middle Easterners are mixed in.” What IF Jesus where in that group??

Ms. Rodgers, I am very informed of who Donald Trump is. I have never voted for a president that I didn't research thoroughly. But what I have found is that no man (or woman) is without fault. I don't for one minute think Mr. Trump is perfect. No man I ever voted for or researched was without ugly baggage.
The only man we ever had on this earth that was perfect, we nailed Him to a cross.
I simply responded to the poll question and got attacked for my conservative views. I will vote for Mr. Trump because he has put America first not because he is without personal fault. All presidents have had personal fault.
As I have said before, I respect your opinion, I just simply don't agree with you. Just because I don't agree with everything posted here doesn't make me any of those labels either.

All the assault allegations against Donald Trump, recapped
Politics Oct 14, 2016 5:33 PM EDT — Updated on Jun 21, 2019 2:01 PM EDT
Sixteen women have come forward with allegations against President Donald Trump, each accusing him of inappropriate conduct. The most recent, from writer and columnist E. Jean Carroll, appeared in NY Magazine on Friday.

The women’s charges range from unwanted touches and aggressive, sudden kissing to the latest accusation against Trump — that he attacked a woman in a dressing room and forced his penis inside her. Donald Trump, his campaign and the Trump White House have insisted all of the stories are fabricated and politically motivated.

So far:

16 women have accused Donald Trump of various forms of sexual assault, including one accusation of rape and another, in which the accuser has not used the word “rape” but whose description meets the legal definition of rape. This figure includes standing accusations from both before and after the release of the Access Hollywood tape on October 7, 2016.
Four other women have publicly said Mr. Trump walked in on them and other pageant contestants while they were undressing. Buzzfeed reports another three women have confirmed the pageant stories but did not want their names used.
The alleged incidents range from the early 1980s to 2013.
Donald Trump has adamantly denied all of the stories and accuses the women of being political tools who were trying to undermine either his candidacy or presidency.
SEXUAL ASSAULT ACCUSATIONS

Here is what we know about the accusations of assault against Donald Trump, including the date of the alleged assault. These are standing allegations of assault that have not been disavowed by the alleged victim.

Kristin Anderson – Early 1990s. Story in the Washington Post on October 14, 2016.
Anderson says she was in a Manhattan bar with friends when the person next to her reached up her skirt and touched her vagina through her underwear. She says she turned and recognized the person as Donald Trump.

E. Jean Carroll – late 1995 or early 1996. Story in NY Magazine June 21 and expected in upcoming book.
Carroll describes running into Trump in a department store, where she says he recognized her for her widely-read advice column. Carroll says they went into a dressing room after Trump asked for her advice on a present – lingerie – for another woman. Inside, she alleges that he shoved her against a wall, “forcing his fingers around my private area, thrusts his penis halfway — or completely, I’m not certain — inside me.” A senior White House official issued a statement to NY Magazine calling the accusation, “a completely false and unrealistic story.”

Rachel Crooks – 2005. Story in The New York Times on October 12, 2016.
A 22-year-old receptionist at the time, Crooks said Trump gave her an unwanted kiss on the mouth after meeting him in 2005.

“Jane Doe” aka “Katie Johnson” – 1994. Lawsuit filed June 2016, refiled October 2016 as reported by Buzzfeed and others, then dropped in November 2016.
Jane Doe is an unnamed plaintiff, who has also gone by “Katie Johnson” in legal papers. She claims she was repeatedly raped by Trump and Jeffery Epstein at Epstein’s New York City apartment in 1994, when she was 13 years old. A witness, also given a pseudonym — “Tiffany Doe” — said she recruited “Jane Doe” and others. Doe, using the name “Johnson,” gave an interview to the Daily Mail in which she said she did not know who Trump was at the time of the alleged attack but identified him later when she saw him on television. It is not known why she withdrew the lawsuit. She has not spoken publicly or withdrawn her rape allegation since then.

Jessica Drake – 2006. Story made public at a news conference October 22, 2016.
While working as an adult film actress, Drake says Trump invited her to the room where he was staying in Lake Tahoe. In the room, she says he grabbed, hugged and kissed her and two other women who accompanied her without permission. Later, she alleges that Trump called her and pressed her to return to his room, offering $10,000 at one point. Drake says she declined.

Jill Harth – 1992-1993. Story in the The New York Times on October 9, 2016..........."

It goes on and on and on.

Lisa Desjardins is a correspondent for PBS NewsHour, where she covers news from the U.S. Capitol while also traveling across the country to report on how decisions in Washington affect people where they live and work.

Ms. Rodgers, You know that if there had been any proof that this story was true, Donald Trump would not have become president. Hillary Clinton would have used this to her advantage as she should. I have been around a long time and every time someone runs for high office, people come out and make accusations they can't prove. Jane Doe dropped the case against Mr. Trump because she had not one shred of evidence against him.
This woman is no different than the woman that made up stories about Judge Kavanaugh. She had no proof and no one could even remember her.
Jane Doe claimed she saw Mr. Trump on the Apprentice and decided that he was the man that had raped her as a child. Why didn't she bring the case against him then?
Ms. Rodgers, I know that these horrible acts happen every day all day long. And I certainly would not ever condone that behavior from anyone! But I will never label someone guilty until they have been proven guilty in a court of law.
But you sent this to me as if it was a proven truth.
Wishing you peace

Bettye Glascock - Let me be perfectly clear, this is the man you elected POTUS.

"I, Jane Doe, the Plaintiff in this matter proceeding under a pseudonym, state as follows:
~
1. I am a competent adult over 18 years of age able to testify as to personal knowledge. The facts
in this declaration are true and correct to the best of my knowledge, information, and belief, and I am
competent to testify to them if called upon to do so.
2. I was subject to extreme sexual and physical abuse by the Defendants, including forcible rape,
that took place at several parties of Defendant Epstein during the summer of 1994 in New York City at a
residence used by Defendant Epstein. During this period, I was 13 years old.
3. More particularly, I traveled by bus to New York City in June 1994 in the hope of starting a
modeling career. I went to several modeling agencies but was told that I needed to put together a
modeling portfolio before I would be considered. I then went to the Port Authority in New York City to
start to make my way back home. There I met a woman who introduced herself to me as Tiffany. She
told me about the parties and said that, if I would join her at the parties, I would be introduced to
people who could get me into the modeling profession. Tiffany also told me I would be paid for
attending.
4. The parties were held at a New York City residence that was being used by Defendant Jeffrey
Epstein. Each of the parties had other minor females and a number of guests of Mr. Epstein, including
Defendant Donald Trump at four of the parties I attended. I understood that both Mr. Trump and Mr.
Epstein knew that I was 13 years old.
5. Defendant Trump had sexual contact with me at four different parties in the summer of 1994.
On the fourth and final sexual encounter with Defendant Trump, Defendant Trump tied me to a bed,
exposed himself to me, and then proceeded to forcibly rape me. During the course of this savage sexual
attack, I loudly pleaded with Defendant Trump to stop but he did not. Defendant Trump responded to
my pleas by violently striking me in the face with his open hand and screaming that he would do
whatever he wanted.
6. Immediately following this rape, Defendant Trump threatened me that, were I ever to reveal
any of the details of Defendant Trump's sexual and physical abuse of me, my family and I would be
physically harmed if not killed.
7. Defendant Epstein had sexual contact with me at two of the parties that summer. On the
second occasion involving Defendant Epstein, Defendant Epstein forced himself upon me and proceeded
to rape me anally and vaginally despite my loud pleas to stop. Defendant Epstein then attempted to
strike me about the head with his closed fists while he angrily screamed at me that he, Defendant
Epstein, should have been the one who took my virginity, not Defendant Trump, before I finally
managed to break away from Defendant Epstein."

I would like to make one thing clear. My belief is that all people have the right to defend themselves, freedom of speech and to pursue the life they choose. And I hope you would stand up for those that are bullied as would I. You know mark, I am an old girl and have been around long enough to see many changes in our country. Some good some not. And yes I have traveled to countries where oppression is an every day thing. That is just one of the reasons I thank God everyday that I was born in this country.
President Trump has done many presidential things despite the opposition from the left. Democrats have accomplished nothing but chaos. They need to get past their hatred for the president and get down to the business of the people. Maybe they should try working with him on the things they can agree on. Just look at our economy. More jobs for minorities than ever in our history. What about the stock market and the strong military. For the first time other countries are paying their fair share for our protection. I could go on and on but I am a busy person. And for the coal jobs, they are up about 15% and exports are up about 60%. Production is up but not as much as predicted. Due to the Obama restrictions, mines were closed and workers found other jobs. Coal is being replaced with natural gas and will never be in demand as it was in the 70's and 80's. Natural gas is now cleaner and cheaper. Check it out for yourself.
Little rocket man knows he is not even a speck on the radar. He wishes.
President Trump has done everything in his power to finish the wall. Mexico is paying. Remember the NAFTA thing. They have been hit hard with migrants coming through country. They are now stopping the flow on their southern border to help us. That's costly as well. And it is working.
Just remember, you don't have to attack me on a personal basis to get your point across. I appreciate your opinion but I just don't agree with you. Wishing you peace.
Mark House
July 18, 2019 at 9:30 am
Trump attacks people all the time and in a very uncivilized way. So are you saying that the people HE attacks don't have a RIGHT to defend themselves?

When is Trump going to do some presidential things and stop distracting. How about bringing those coal jobs you promised to West Virginia, Pennsylvania and Kentucky? What about that wall that Mexico was going to pay for? How about that promise “ you will have beautiful health care after we scrap Obamacare”? How about stopping North Korea from building nukes? Aren’t they building more on your watch ? And how about Jared Kushner and that Middle East peace deal ? The last time we had an administration this incompetent, Jimmy Carter was in town and to his credit came out with a brilliant Middle East peace deal which still stands today.

I enjoy my life very well thank you, yet is it OK to stand by and watch others be tormented, bullied, and lied to? What kind of person would that make me to say as long as it isn't me, stay out of it. Are those your political views? Stay safe in your little bubble of small town mentality. Perhaps you should travel more, like to countries where oppression is an every day thing.

Greatest country on the planet....once upon a time to certain people... but that fairy tale is over.

Mr. Bentley...you have made accusations about President Trump that you, the FBI and the DOJ cannot prove. President Trump never claimed to be perfect or a politician. That's why he is President. Sidney Blumenthal, a biographer of Abraham Lincoln, says: “Trump is certainly the person with the worst character ever to be president. At two years and counting, the damage may equal the damage done by the worst presidents which brought on the civil war, and the damage done by Andrew Johnson who encouraged the Ku Klux Klan and white nationalist attacks on Reconstruction that brought about legalised segregation.”

Blumenthal, warns that even if Trump – who lost the popular vote in 2016 and saw House Republicans routed in 2018 – is defeated in 2020, his legacy will endure. “The idea that there can be a simple restoration and the country can pick up where we left off the minute before Trump took the oath is a dangerous illusion. We’re going to have to deal with the damage. It is too profound that it is an unprecedented assault on our constitution.”

cmecamp - So you don't have any idea what he has accomplished do you? Opinions don't count for anything when it comes to getting things done. Opinions are like anuses, everyone has one, and the same stuff come out of both.

I'd rather have a POTUS who deals in FACTS not FANTASY or FALSEHOODS.
