Dora Mae Ellen Holmes Clatterbuck, 80, of Amissville, passed away on June 17, 2014, at the Culpeper Regional Hospital.
She was born on Aug. 20, 1933, at Amissville, to the late Irving Hillary Holmes and Annie Mae James Holmes.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Herman N. Clatterbuck. and two sons, Larry Clatterbuck and Tony Clatterbuck.
She was a lifelong member of Amissville United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Barbara C. Manuel of Amissville; six grandchildren, Crystal Scroggins, Karen Armstrong, Andrew Manuel, Michael Clatterbuck, Larry Clatterbuckv Jr. and Christopher Clatterbuck, and 11 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, June 23, at Moser Funeral Home in Warrenton. The Rev. Maine Crenshaw will conduct the funeral at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 24, at Amissville United Methodist Church. Interment will follow at the church cemetery.
